How it works is simple, a £50 deposit is required to secure your chocolate fountain hire the balance is then due 4 weeks prior to your event date, on the day of your event or wedding we arrive approx 1 hour before your required start time to allow us time to set up the chocolate fountains, then once we have set up the fountains your guests may start dipping!! Generally our fountains run for 2.5 - 3 hours we will give you notice prior to us packing up and usually get the DJ to announce it over the speakers so your guests can make the most of the chocolate fountain. While we provide unlimited* chocolate there are some restrictions, guests are not permited to use any other dipping items other than those provided by us, guests may not use plates, cups or any other items under the fountain this is strictly prohibited, included in your package price are a selection of chocolate fountain dipping items for a basic package for 100 people you will get around 750 pieces.
If you are using your chocolate fountain as a main desert we would advise you to consider an oversized package for your guests.
Do we do offer dry chocolate fountain hire?
Sorry this is not a service we offer, our insurance does not permit us to do this and more than anything chocolate fountains are a professional piece of equiptment and if things start to go wrong would you really want to deal with it?
